Great! Extremely helpful and great product

What a wonderful and pleasant experience I had with Blinds America! I would highly recommend them for several reasons! I was truly impressed with how well my sales representative, Steve McManus, managed the project from start to finish. Steve was very professional and responsive. I had some specific and challenging requests and he was very accommodating and thoughtful to satisfy all of my requests. Not only was the sales experience outstanding, the PRICE was more than fair! I did quite a bit of “price shopping” and I will have to say the price was far more competitive than prices I received from other companies. I am a strong advocate of supporting local businesses, so I was thrilled to find such value with a LOCAL business! They deserve 0 stars. They did a terrible job with the installation and the owner was supposed to come back and fix them by adding the correct size valance. We paid 3,000. and the blinds don’t work and some of the valances are coming off.I’ve tried to reach the owner to see if he’d correct it and he never responded so I’m giving him a well deserved bad review.I’m using a different company and it’s the original company that the previous owners used. I hate to spend the money again but I’m sick of looking at this eye sore.

The only way to go for your blinds

We ordered a shade for our screen porch, delivered and installed quickly. Decided to order another next to the one installed, after several weeks never heard about when the second screen was going to be delivered. Found out they called a number that was not ours and was told they didn't know anything about a screen. Then a day later they delivered the second screen, and it was 10" short😒 Two days later they brought in a right size screen, but without grommets and a different pull chain, so they will be back again.
